I was buying from another state. I had no knowledge of area. Cara was very knowledgeable of the area and assisted in finding the right city for my personality. That was the beginning. She sent me daily updates of the area I was looking. Quick turnaround w/any questions. Together we found the perfect house. However, the house had several challenges w/ the seller. She was on top of every issue. She is very knowledgeable of every aspect of house buying and worked w/ sellers on solutions to all the issues that arose. She communicated with me nearly daily as needed, keeping me in the loop and assisting me in next steps. She went above and beyond to get all the challenges resolved. She would take pictures for me to see the progress of the fixed challenges. This buy was effortless for me. I highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs. She does not disappoint.
